The following was written by my darling husband during the early hours of the morning.  May God help each of us to draw nearer to Him during the next few years.

Change for America:

My Forecast for 2009-2010

(November 5, 2008)

Yesterday, Americans voted for change. They chose as their new president a man who has made lots of promises. However, as president, he will not be writing laws, or voting on laws. He will only be signing bills that cross his desk. More importantly, America gave Democrats an overwhelming majority of both sides of Congress, meaning they will not need bi-partisan support to pass anything.

It was well pointed out yesterday that you cannot judge a candidate by what they say on the campaign trail – you can only go by their voting record. Obama has proven in his voting record to be a follower, not a leader. 75% of the time he only voted “present”, refusing to take any stand on issues. As president, hen bills cross his desk he won’t be able to vote “present”. Since they will be coming from a Democrat majority, he will likely sign every one of them.

So, based on voting records, what does the agenda look like for America for the next two years? (I say two years, because these people are too smart to leave anything to chance on the 2010 elections. They will push their entire agenda while they have power.) Remember as you read this, Democrats are very beholden to special interest groups that fund their campaigns, including the most extreme environmentalists and anti-war/anti-military groups.

Economy:

• Democrats can finally roll back the Bush tax cuts and hike taxes like we have never seen, to “spread the wealth” to Washington. By January 2010, all wealthy Americans (with incomes over $30,000) who are not Democrats in federal elected offices will have huge tax burdens to support all the new social programs outlined below.

• Gas prices will soar to over $5/gallon as federal taxes are slapped on the evil oil industry.

• Energy costs will be at least 4 times today’s prices, as all coal and nuclear powered plants are shut down, and oil/natural gas plants are scaled back in the name of clean energy. By 2011 all energy will be required to come from renewable resources such as water, wind and solar. Blackouts will be common as the supply will not meet the demand.

Social issues:

• A federally-managed HMO will provide healthcare for all Americans except Democrats in federal elected offices. Canadian-style healthcare for all (now where will the Canadians go when they need proper treatment?).

• All current restrictions on abortions will be overturned – abortion will be legal all nine months in all 50 states for any reason (including partial-birth abortions).

• A number of older liberal judges will announce retirement, including at least 3 on the Supreme Court. These will be replaced by even more liberal activist judges, who are not afraid to completely disregard American law, the Constitution, and legal precedent, making all decision on personal opinion, the U.N. Charter and French law.

• The Fairness Doctrine will be passed quickly, spelling the end of Christian radio and conservative talk radio.

• Homosexuality will be accepted by law as normal. Speaking against homosexuality will be illegal, and pastors who continue to preach what the Bible says will be arrested (as they are currently in Canada).

• Explicit sex education will begin during the first years of schooling, with homosexuality taught as more normal than heterosexual relationships.

• Religious private schools and all homeschools will be outlawed. Only private schools who conform to federally mandated educational requirements (including new mandates listed above) will remain open.

• School attendance will be mandatory from ages 3-18. Public preschools will be opened for pre-kindergarten age students.

• Very powerful unions – Secret ballots in all union elections will be gone. Employees in a union shop will no longer have the right to withhold union support, and will not remain employed if they disagree with the unions.

• All gun rights will be gone for common Americans – by the end of the two years restrictions will even start to include normal hunting guns.

Security:

• The Iraq war will be ended no later than January 9, 2009, and troops will be headed home immediately.

• The Afghanistan war will end shortly after that.

• No longer allowed to defend themselves, American soldiers will be slaughtered by our Muslim friends as they try to leave.

• Those that make it home will find themselves without a job, after historic military cutbacks leave us with a force barely able to defend ourselves against our one remaining enemy.

• Peace, normalized relations, and free trade will be initiated with all communist and Muslim dictatorships.

• We will no longer be allowed to call Muslims “terrorists”, since they are now are friends.

• Attacks on infidels on American soil will no longer be retaliated against, since Muslims are only practicing their freedom of religion, and white Christians deserve to be killed for all the harm they have done to Africans and Muslims in the past 20 centuries.

• Our new enemy will be Israel, and we will join with middle-eastern Muslim nations to declare war on them in retaliation for all they have done to our Muslim friends. Remember, Israel has not lost a war since they became a nation again in 1964.
