Stories of the Pilgrims Audiobook Review

This audiobook is in mp3 format only and is part of the Yesterday’s Classics Series. We downloaded it to one of our mp3’s and hooked the player to our car radio and listened to it on a trip. It is just over 4 hours of listening. You will start with the story at the Scrooby Inn and follow the Pilgrims lives from the beginning through the start of their new lives in America. Boys and girls will enjoy this and all the adventures that the Brewster children had. Yes, there were hard times that you will find holding your breath and then rejoicing with them during the good times.

Jim Hodges is awesome to listen to and instead of it sounding like someone just reading a book, he makes the book come alive. Our son that is severely mentally handicapped loved listening. When we would stop for a break and didn’t immediately turn the story back on he would be shouting out to get it on.

This audiobook is available at http://jimhodgesaudiobooks.com/yesterdaysclassic_stories_of_the_pilgrims.html in either mp3 CD format or by digital download. I’m sure you will love it as much as we did! Get yours today. It will help history come alive for you and your family! He even has a sample of the audiobook on the site.

I'm the wife of my best friend that God gave to me over 20+ years ago. We have been blessed with 3 children, James (by adoption); Abigail & Milton (special needs child) and our service dog, Suzy. I have been blessed to be able to homeschool since 1997 and be the co-director with my husband, Michael, of the state wide Christian homeschool organization, MATCH since 1999. God has blessed us abundantly.
